Wishing to let folks upload vids of various formats, have them automatically converted to flash, then added to a database for viewing online according to how called from the database, then something that would allow them to be viewed on my web page. One suggestion has been using a youtube clone and modifying it to not use or display all of the other things such as: channels, communities, groups, categories, Most Recent¦Most Viewed¦Most Discussed¦Top Favorites¦Top Rated¦Recently Featured¦Random etc. It is all of these additional things that I do not want.
Seems to me the clones may be relatively large scripts and something much simpler would suffice. But I haven't been able to find it.
Any suggestions of, preferably open source, solutions?
I know Revver has a way to do some of it, but I wish to keep the videos on my server rather than have them on Revver's.
