I want to add narration to a set of slides. The slides exist in powerpoint and in pdf. I know powerpoint allows narration to be added however i am concerned that not everyone will have powerpoint. I didn't see narration as an option for pdf. How do i accomplish this in a cross platform user friendly way? do i need to move to video to do this?

Sounds like an ideal job for Flash. No video required.
