| "Triggering" local results on G.co.uk/.ie

Our regional Gs are showing local results for some generic terms but not for others so being no.1 in "pages from Ireland/UK" is no guarantee you'll get the local "boost" in the "web search" results. There seems to be a link text based threshold below which "local" results will remain buried, break it and you'll feature, don't and you won't.

The generic "local" seems to work just fine, and really helps, imho
