Maps & Phone Number on UK Google Sponsored Links

Just seen that Google is displaying maps and phone numbers on some Adwords results, I'd guess this is from Google local. Is this still using the Yell.com data? And why would Google show phone numbers on the sponsored links? Surely it goes against their commercial interests.

I can see one ad running a phone number, all the rest are from Google's local records.
