I can't count the number of times that's popped up on twitter. It seems to clear after a short while, most of the time.

If you receive such kind of message it is likely means that their servers are being bogged down by a high volume of Tweets.I think the main reason of this is that twitter allows flooding of tweets where a particular user can tweet as many as he can to promote their business site as part of their social media marketing campaign.

Yes, sometimes it does not make sense, some biz trigger in one shot up to 10 tweets without leaving room for users in between each of their blasting.
