I guess they are trying to be selective and to keep the quality up. Nothing wrong with that.

They're just now getting around to doing what some Twitter add-ons have done for years.
Trying to either play catch-up or kill the aftermarket, maybe both.
I wish they'd just focus on fixing stuff that's broken and hard to use like the new messed up DMs, etc.
