i use hootsuite to do this... and upto 5 accounts you can handle free, if you want to add more accounts then you have to get a pro account on hootsuite

Tweetdeck is also a nifty tool for managing more than one social network.

TweetDeck is now limited to Twitter accounts though. It used to do more before Twitter got their hands on it and hobbled it.

Onlywire, Sendible and Hootsuite are top 3, they allow you to update up to 50 social networks and all have different submissions allowed.
You can even use some of the above with a syndication platform like Syndication Masters and have hundreds of other people share your content on their profiles.

I'm active on three... prefer the clipboard to hold the post as I log in and paste message each time.
All I can say is if these software(s) can pony up trends, metrics, etc, it also is tracking YOU and all you do, even if you are not doing it at the time. Something really compelling would have to show before I climb on the wagon because this feels a lot like letting the fox into the hen house.
