How can you optimize Flash designed pages for search engines?

How can you optimize Flash designed pages for search engines? Can anyone provide some explanation and a concrete answers as to whether Flash pages can be optimized? If possible, walk me through the process and/or provide links.

check out something like swfobject and use that method to provide alternate content.

I have also same problem with my flash website please is there seo expert to say how to optimize flash design website and how to track them on google analytics.

Search Engines do not read flash content. If you are looking to make a website keeping SEO in mind, do not use flash and heavy text. Try to include less images. If you are using images try to include alt img. Include most of the content in form of text. Certainly these considerations will help.
