Designing Flash or Graphics for SEO
getting more traffic

I have a new client whose website was designed around graphics. There's no html that the engines can really see, so I need to know how to best help him add html that will get some traffic going his way. His site has been up for years and I just tested his traffic and he has none.

I've seen flash sites in the top 10 listings, so there has to be a way to do this. Can anyone help?

Make sure you have proper alt and title tags for each image. I also suggest tracking who comes from google image search.

you should use something like swfobject [webmasterworld.com] which will allow you to provide alternate content for non-flash-enabled user agents such as SE crawlers.

Flash is basically a brand name of the software by macromedia and now adobe which can produce good quality of animation. Flash plug-ins on the websites makes the pictures, graphics, animations, and logos livelier and can also enable them a 3D view. This definitely increases the chances of your website becoming more popular with the visitors. The flash website design also enables you to retain the visitors for longer time and also convert them into possible clients.
