We are working on redesigning the functionality as well as look and feel of our accommodation Booking enquiry email form.
Any thoughts which works best for enquiry forms. Currently we ask for name, tel, email and message.
New design:- Name - mandatory City - mandatory Country- mandatory Contact Phone Number- mandatory Email Address- mandatory Arrival Date - mandatory Departure Date - mandatory Number of nights - mandatory Number of rooms- optional Number of adults - optional Number of kids - optional Check-in time - optional Additional Comments - optional
Please advice is this information enough or its too much ?

Duplicate info- choose either Arrival/Departure dates OR Arrival Date/number of nights. (Otherwise, what do you do if you have conflicting information? For example, the person says June 2 arrival, June 4 departure, but 3 nights.)
Not sure why you need City/Country. I can see Nationality if you have different pricing structures for different nationalities.
Number of rooms should be mandatory (default to 1).
Number of Adults should be required. (What if they want to try to shove 5 people into a room with 1 bed in it?)
I'd also make Number of Kids mandatory (defaults to 0).
