Does anyone grouped keywords of their customer emails?(and I know people may point me to excel). I want to do this to hgain more insight into my customer keyword database. Thanks

Has anyone been able to download and group the words used in their customer email to generate a nice keyword list? I want to do this to gain more insight into my customer keyword database.
