Has anyone ever figured out what happens at
168.61
168.62-63
?
Forums search turns up only a couple of offhand mentions in the course of other msn-related discussions.

afaik I have never met anything from 168.63. From 61 and 62 I see scattered robots ranging from unattractive to malign. Also a handful of image requests that could, maybe, remotely, be passed off as an artifact of Image Search but I kinda doubt it.

If this is Microsoft's equivalent to those g### ranges that are open to any passing botnet, I will happily block them and think no more about it.
