msg:4506513 | 3:39 pm on Oct 10, 2012 (gmt 0) | I use two of my sites which have long standing, large and active forums to search user IP addresses when I'm in doubt (10 years worth of IP data). Both have global users so its usually a safe bet (for my purposes). I show no user registrations or posts from the 84.76 through 84.77.

msg:4506630 | 9:37 pm on Oct 10, 2012 (gmt 0) | I have the range 79.144.0.0 - 79.159.255.255 shown as RIMA (spain). DNS bears me out. I have the range 84.76.0.0 - 84.79.255.255 tagged as T-Online (spain again) but yes, it's YA.com. I have one other range tagged as YA. All three ranges are DLS (as far as I can tell). 79.151.122.10 has open ports but others seem to be sown up (only a cursory check!) - might be a proxy belonging to RIMA?
