all those ranges were from a 2008 name search.
BTW, ARIN despite their lack of IP WHOIS, continued to offer name search WHOIS until recently.

It's just another 'monetizing' scraper but claims to have technology which can categorize images.
Doesn't behave well at all. Blocked at firewall.
