First up - very pleased to see you back and posting normally again Bill! Hope your health is much improved.
I've had 64.246.160.0/19 and 216.145.0.0/19 blocked for years.
I'm not very good at keeping records about exactly when/why, but know that Name Intelligence was on my hit list a very long time ago.
I just checked for screenshots in Domain tools for a couple of our websites, and was very gratified to see "No screenshot available"!

I block them too, but I soft block them.
Hard blocking just sends them away, soft blocking and feeding them data to follow shows where they went with your data ;)
That's how I track them down like the scraping dogs they are!
