This spam? saw it on my log, did not find anyinfo on it...but has been crawling me alot of late
It always visits my Registration , login, addurl pages only
should i block it?

Are you interested in traffic from Germany? The providers entire Class C range from 144-159 is the same.
Each webmaster must determine what is beneficial or detrimental to their own website (s).

If I'm not mistaken, internetserviceteam looks like it's just an old DNS subset from some hosting company that merged with netdirekt.de. So you're just seeing some scraper coming from netdirekt.de's hosting, not something specifically named internetserviceteam.
Blocking this range will eliminate this particular problem:
inetnum: 184.108.40.206 - 220.127.116.11
