SEO questions
Penguin, cloaking

Msg#: 4593378 posted 11:28 pm on Jul 15, 2013 (gmt 0)

Hi there I have some questions:

1) Redirecting the homepage of a site according to the User-Agent is not cloacking at all ?

2) Is it consensus that after Penguim, it's not advisable to write all the anchors with the exact keyword phrase but only say 50%?

3) Is there a consensus on kw density already ?

welcome to WebmasterWorld, dn00bmaster!

1) according to Google's Webmaster Tools Help:

Cloaking refers to the practice of presenting different content or URLs to human users and search engines.

2) this is often niche-dependent but i doubt there are many niches where 50% exact keyword anchor text looks like a natural link profile.
