Nobody outside of Google knows "actual" PageRank. Only people with access to that information within Google know "actual" PageRank. Outside of Google the best information you can receive is by using the Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer, which shows you a snapshot and a limited idea of what the PR is, which is known as Toolbar PageRank, to differentiate it from actual PageRank.

Dear Sir,
I would like to know from the SEO expert who works in different outsourcing sites such as Odesk, elance, getacoder, getafreelance.
As a expert, you know that the buyers always want their do-follow backlinks from High PR Sites and they prefer actual page rank.
For checking page rank, I use google add-ons "WebRank Toolbar" and "SEOquake".
I am looking forward to hearing from you that which add-ons I should use in Firefox?

Here's the main point - any browser plug-in also gets the PR number they show from Google servers. There is only one such number, and only Google itself actually calculates PageRank. Then it gets "passed around".

Hi,
There are so may tools that you can rely on to do that but the what matters is their reliability to give you the true picture of your actual page rank.
I have been using GeoRanker to analyse keywords for my site and rival sites.It has helped me to not only know the actual rank of my sites in real-time but also any changes on my ranking at any time.Such information helps to know what am not doing right or what my competition is doing to rank better than me.

No one outside the Google knows the actual page rank as it gets daily updated inside. However you can check Public page rank from different online tools over the web, further you can also check future page rank of your website with page rank prediction tools.
