Linkjuice flow

Hi guys,

I have a mid size ecommerce site. I have a blog that gets backlinks from your promotions. So I am getting whitehat links. The question is, I don't really care if my blog pages are ranking, I want my category pages and product pages to rank. Does the linkjuice pointed to my blog flow down into the pages that I want to rank better? Is that how it works? I assume having some anchor text from my blog to a category page is how to do this.

If this is not how it works, then I'll have to build links for each category page and each product page? If this is the case, how can this be scaled?
