We are having some serious problems with getting our clients up on Google Places.
We go through the set up, fill out all the forms, and then start the verification process. Since the entry is new, Google makes us send a postcard.
The problem is that for the majority of our clients, that postcard never arrives. Three, four, five, even six weeks for some clients - still no postcard.
We are sending them to street addresses and PMBs.
We've read about people having no problems at all, so what are we doing wrong that is stopping them from getting the postcard?
Some of these sites are major revenue generators, so not having the postcard come through is really hurting our business.
What have you all done to ensure that the postcard goes through?
