| should blogs have the tags in them no follow or do follow?

In a blog platform like wordpress, you can make your tags do or no follow.
will making it do follow provide more "link juice" for higher SERP's, or is it too insignificant to make any difference?
does anybody know?

That's a really generic question and there is no single answer. Are the tags important pages? Are they things people are going to search for and hence do you want to rank for the tagged terms?
If you leave them followed, then the tagged pages will likely rank better at a small expense of other links on the page.
