|Reasonable increase of users with a seo/social media campaign|

This is a general question but i think it is useful to discuss with other professionals.
I'm going to start with a campaign on a tourist web site. This has reached 50.000 unique visitors/month with the old site.
We have just made a big restyling and we are going to start with the campaign using SEO and Facebook/Twitter.
In SEO there many keywords by those the old site has been not indexed. We will use this potential. In Social networks, there's no presence of this activity until now.
The only referral I could give is the number of hours i'm planning to work on this project: 30% of total time of 2 persons.
I hope that you are able to give me a reasonable rate of increase of unique visitors.
20%? 30%? 100%?
I know this is a very general issue but it could be nice to know other similar experiences
