I have one question that if I use article submitter to submit my articles rather than manual submission then will the article submitter also yield the same results as the manual submission would do. In manual submission, its difficult to submit an article to more than 40 article directories per day but if using article submitter than 400 submissions can be done a day. Please confirm if there is no difference between the manual submissions and submissions done using artilce submitter.
Also assume if a keyword is there SEO Expert and when I searched this keyword in google using quotes in this way "SEO Expert", it showed 7,96,000 results so how much time it may take to rank in first page of google using this keyword. How many submissions and how many articles would this task need? Please help.

How long you will take to rank on the first page of Google depends on how competitive your keyword is, if you have strong competitors and how many authority and high quality websites linked to you. A good way is to check the page one sites and you will know just that. Find out if they have lots of inbound links and if they are very high PR sites.

It wouldn't hurt to have his own web site and prove his SEO kung-fu by having -it- rank well. Moreover, as an "SEO Expert", he really shouldn't have to be asking these questions in the first place ... most especially not the final one.
I could re-phrase a half-dozen reports and make it sound like I am an expert in almost any topic. But, just as standing in a garage and making motor noises would not make me an automobile, neither does spending a day researching and half a day writing a "white paper" make me an expert.
Get your own site to rank on page one (that is, outsmart the other SEO experts) and you'll have demonstrated the chops to help others do the same thing.
Besides which, the #1 position in Google is usually a paid spot. It's not a matter of time; it's a matter of cash. Lots of it. Any "SEO Expert" already knows this.
