Search Marketers need to be at least slightly ahead of the curve in order to achieve lasting success, right? So I've always got my radar set for the game changing ideas that are around but not completely developed.
That's why this video woke me up.
First, the panelist are mentioning things that we're already tracking - location aware search results, speech recognition, and so on. Then it gets pushed further - how about synthesized speech for search results? And then the man from Wolfram Alpha lays out an idea that could really be a game changer: answering your query not with a list of possibilities but with an application, built on the fly, and ready for you to explore all kinds of possibilities.
