I have 15,000 pages indexed with Google and am wanting to focus on 1 keyphrase. I have about 2000 images that have alt text that identifies each image accordingly.

If I change the alt text of all 2000 images to a single keyphrase, will this be considered keyword stuffing?

That change would accomplish nothing useful for your SEO and might even do some harm.

If you include ALT text at all, make it describe what the image is about. It would sometimes be logical for that to include a keyword or two, but remember what ALT text is for! Make sure it would make good sense to someone accessing your site with images turned off, or using an audible browser reader.
