|Project management - how do you do it?|
In a software-rich world, 100s of task management software are available.

Clients have goals which a company can help them with. For this, company creates tasks and divide them smartly between the different employees. Then, companies must make sure employees know what they have to do and when to do it. As they work with tasks, more tasks must be added.
Currently we work with a nice excel sheet.
Nevertheless, I'm positive that there's software out there that works better. Has any worked for you?

There are many project management softwares available everywhere...Some of them give FREE 30 day trial and some of them are paid versions..
When you are new with all these, Excel sheet is the best possible way to manually handle all the issues, But as time passes and clients projects goes on increasing, excel sheet may seem a limited option..
So it will be a better idea to purchase a one, or get one done as per your requirements, so that you can manage it easily no matter wat so ever is the volume of your business and clients :)

Thanks Smita, however, I would like to put an emphasis on the reason I have asked this question. As there are many project management softwares everywhere, if I'll start trying them one by one, it will take a long while until I discover the one that works for me.
I would like to get a recommendation about a popular one which many people work with successfully. Am I in the right place to get such information? Would you recommend another source?
