Basically imagine Amazon - most of its listings/products have no PR and I speculate it's due to the nature of Amazon Store's chaotic site/link structure.
So since I'm about to launch something similar (as a structure) to Amazon I was wondering if you'd shed some light on to how to go about structuring it so that the PR/link-juice that will come to the main page will be effectively directed towards the end listings - eg. the actual products.

Think of Amazon as a gushing river of PR juice pouring out into a great ocean of pages. Sure, they have far more PR juice than you will ever get; but the number of pages it is pouring into is so vast (110 million in Google for amazon.com today) that most pages getting little-to-nothing is sadly inevitable.
Quite why so few people link directly to that single out-of-print copy of a book on systematic shaker theology, available New or Used from 1 seller(s) from just $19.99 is beyond me!
