google search "site:www." low number of pages

Hi,

anyone know why my site have very low number of results "88" when I enter in google search "site:www.mysitename.com"?

btw my site is 15k on Alexa.

I use same script on second site wich is 99k on Alexa and he have number of results around 11k.

anyone?
