versus
which is better for SEO?
Is a definitive list or an unordered list better for SEO?

I was curious what everyones thoughts were as to the use of
and
tags in refenece to SEO and ultimately better SERPs? I know that Search Engines love list items and eat them up, but is one better than the other.

For instance if you were assembling a CSS style navigation menu with list itmes. Is there a better choice. I would assume that using the
tag when actually defining something should be better in that instance, but what about the instance above (CSS navigation?)

Any thoughts, experiences?

Thanks - Saxman

I've never heard of either one playing a role.
