If there is a limit of (100?) links per page and limit of (3-4?) the levels in the Website hierarchy, and the limit of the size of (100-500K?) a page, how a Website with 1,000,000 pages (for example) can be organized? Let us say, the home page (1) with 100 links to (100) pages (1_1 to 1_100), page 1_1 with 100 links to (100) pages (1_1_1 to 1_1_100), pages 1_1_1 with 100 links to (100) pages (1_1_1_1 to 1_1_1_100), and so on... To organize a Website with 1,000,000 pages you need at least three levels 100x100x100... if you place 100 links at each level. If you cannot place 100 links at each level (for example, if you need a home page with just a few links to general categories), you need more than three levels. Does this mean that to be indexed completely by Google (and others), the Website must have a limited number of pages?

Search engines always support site architecture. A tree structure for site is always appreciated. for referance look at sites like about, howstuffworks, Wiki and etc. The links in the page can be the sub titles of that page title.
