I use the xml-sitemaps[dot]com - Full version ofcourse. It outputs a ror.xml file. Does anyone have any clue what to do with it. I've read around this top here and can't find any direction except the logical answers like 'use a feed to keep content fresh' I want to distribute my feed for the back links and what not. Any idea's suggestions or anything?

I'm not sure I follow you here. The title of your thread is one question about RSS, but then you're talking about site-maps XML files in the body. Those are two different topics.

If you have site map questions please post them in our Sitemaps, Meta Data, and robots.txt forum [webmasterworld.com].

As for RSS and SEO [google.com], this is a topic that comes up from time to time. You'd probably get a better response if you had a more specific question. Otherwise those threads I linked to will probably give you much the same advice I could rehash here.
