Can anyone please tell me why we have abrupt variations in our subscribers count.?

Not without a lot more information... :(

- Could be your 'counting' system
- Could be something you changed on the site
- Could be something you changed on the feed (maybe it's invalid or unavailable)
- Could be a number of other factors...
