How to aggragate videos feeds from most popular sources?

Hi guys,

I'm a PHP/mySQL programmer and web designer and I was asking myself the following question :

What should be the first things I should look into if I wanted to create a website that would aggregate/embed videos about specific themes of my choice from all the existing popular video websites?

Actually, I don't know where I should start from.

If I understand your question correctly you could simply start with a static OPML that included all the sites and topics you wanted to include.

If you wanted something more dynamic then I'd take a look at Yahoo pipes for some ideas.
