| 404 error message when adding WordPress RSS to FeedBurner

Hi, I'm trying to edit a FeedBurner RSS source from Blogger to WordPress after just upgrading our blog. At the moment I'm getting the following message when trying to burn the RSS feed:
"Error getting URL: 404 - Not Found" I have applied a permalinks plugin which converts URL's to the Blogger style, do you know if this could be causing the problem? Thanks in advance,

FeedBurner will work with a number of feed formats and output its own feed, but using your feed as a source. It sounds like you simply haven't given FeedBurner the correct address to the output feed. I haven't done a Blogger to WP transition, so I'm not sure about the issues you're facing here. You may have luck searching the WP forums for issues with this plug-in you mentioned.
