What is the difference of RSS to ATOM? I am submitting my blog to RSS directories, but what is the effect if I submit to RSS or to blog directories?

That's a tough one to answer simply. There are pros and cons to both. You could offer one or the other, or you could try to please everyone and offer both.

Here are a few good bullet points on the subject:

  • Atom Compared to RSS 2.0 [en.wikipedia.org]
  • Global Options:
top home search open messages active posts
