Yahoo RSS feed link not showing updated rss
What am I doing wrong.

 1:48 am on Feb 2, 2007 (gmt 0)

I have the "My Yahoo" button on my site and it is still displaying the feed from November 06.

I update the xml feed monthly, but I can't seem to get this to display correctly.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Has the feed ever updated? Have you changed the address of your feed? Are you certain that the feed you're pointing to is the one that you're updating regularly?

Yes, it is all the same, I update the file and Yahoo has updated in the past. If I click on the direct link to the feed, it appears correctly, when I click on the Yahoo feed button, it gives me Novembers feed.

Any other ideas? :)

That's odd.
Yahoo schedules updates automatically. It should be picking up changes on its own.

Have you pinged them when you update the feed?

Thank you so much! Do I need to do this everytime I update?

A lot of blog systems will ping URLs like that every time there's a new post on the site. It won't hurt for you to ping them when there are changes.

Did pinging that URL work for you?
