Site with just RSS feeds?
to increase inbound links on another site

I have a website "A" updated daily and I plan to start a new one ("B").

The new website will use the RSS feeds from "A" plus another ones from the competition.

Just RSS feeds (title and a few lines), no actual content and without advertising.

We'll only use sources licensed properly (Creative Commons).

Will it work to increase the inbound links in "A"?

Is it a bad idea? I've seen other sites doing this but I'm not sure if it's not classified as a link farm scheme.

It sort of is a 'link farm'. It's not a bad idea, I mean links are links! The big Q is that is site B going to get enough inbound links to influence the links going to site A? And how are you going to stop too many links going to your competitor's sites?
