Welcome to WebmasterWorld just_nitinpal. You will need to place your news articles into your preferred RSS format (there are a few). There are plenty of software packages available that will place your information into the appropriate format if you don't want to do it by hand. Your favorite search engine can help you find RSS feed generators.
