I'm using a script to display "Yahoo News" RSS newsfeed on a webpage. Is it okay to do so or are these meant only for RSS readers? Do I need any further permission?

TIA,
ew

You should read publishers' policy.
Some publishers allow resyndications but not all.

Usually if you can do it, it is free. But remember to give them credit or honor the copyright notice.

The feed will also have a policy statement that will tell you formally.

Remember, they will be greatful for the traffic.
