How to get sitelinks in Google SERPs for domain?

Hi guys if you search for say, example.com in google.com, for some sites the links (called sitelinks) are neatly placed like a table with rows of links to sections of the site.

How to get this table for my domain as well? I've submitted my sitemaps.xml but it doesn't show the table layout for my domain's search result.

Kindly assist. Thanks!

They are automatically created by Google. You cannot set them up, but having a good site structure may help Google to create them automatically for your domain. Here is more on this:

Our systems analyze the link structure of your site to find shortcuts that will save users time and allow them to quickly find the information they're looking for.
At the moment, sitelinks are automated.
