| Reindexing problem with google

I have problem with reindexing my site onto google..before it was indexed fine
but after i did the fault of my life is i wanted to change the content of my
site so i deleted the whole site via webmastertools and when i updated my
content i created a sitemap for it and everything but 2 months now there is
nothing no page is indexed what i should to do now?

have you used the site:example.com search operator to look for urls that might be indexed but not ranking?

what exactly did you do there?
do you have any links going to your site?
have you checked your log file to see if googlebot is crawling anything?
what's in your robts.txt file?
