Product microformat without reviews

I want to implement the microformat "Product" [schema.org...] but do not have reviews for the products.
However informations such as availability, price, image etc. can be provided.
1) Will Google still display it?
2) Do you have any experience with incomplete schemas? Is there still a boost in CTR?
