Hi,

Google is putting the date of my pages before the description tag in the search results, although my website is not a blog, but a classifieds ads site.

What can I do so google will not put the date of the page before the description. Because in my case, the date will have a negative effect in the CTR.

Google has been increasing their use of dating the listings in the serps. I don't know of a way to turn it off.

I know of people that "optimize" the dating to make it fresher which can significantly boost CTR.
