Hi.

I have submitted my news sitemap in Google webmaster tool. But the problem is, the submitted urls have not even indexed in Google news sitemap yet. It's been 3 months since I have submitted my news sitemap in Google webmaster tool.

However I have contacted Google support [google.com...] I have not yet received the reply from them. Please guide me what steps should I take. Thanks in advance.

Sitemaps help search engines discover your content but they do not guarantee inclusion or indexing.

If you are looking to improve your odds of being included in Google News then you should suggest your news content for inclusion which is sounds like you already have. Historically Google News has preferred websites that have...
-100% original content
-More than one writer
-Multiple articles per day
-Unique, permanent urls containing at least 3 digits
