But the Title displayed in Google and Bing are taken from my website Title Tag, but in Yahoo it is different

and Description shown in Google is same as I provided in description tag, it is showing different description in Yahoo and different description in Bing.

If you have recently changed the title tag there may be a delay in having it updated in the search engine results. Sometimes search engines will display your URL using information from web directories like DMOZ. In general the search engines are trying to display the most relevant information to their visitors. This is why your meta description may be overridden with text from your page that the search engines feel is more relevant.
