I know on Google's help page there are a bunch of third-party server side installs etc, but I'm pretty clueless about what to use. What would be the easiest way for me to create a sitemap and make sure it doesn't leave out any URLs? Thanks

If you want to go the automated route, well, since you are not a programmer then using one of the sitemap generators is likely your next option. If there is concern about missing urls then a manual link check is in order.

Sitemaps for Google/Yahoo are quite easy, they can simply be a URL list in a text file. Our sitemap program is less than 30 lines of code and took about an hour to write and schedule to run daily on our server.
