Need to block and remove 1 page from serps

I have a page that all of a sudden started getting a lot of traffic for 3-4 very similar somewhat sexual keyword phrases (I hope that's okay to post here). Since this an an ecomm site that has nothing to do with what is being searched for, and every one of these phrases has an almost 100% bounce rate, I'm afraid the sheer volume of high bounce rates might hurt rankings.

Although I like the extra traffic it generates, it's not doing anything for sales. Besides disallowing this particular file in robots.txt, is there anything else I need to/should do to have it removed from the serps?

Google and Yahoo will let you remove specific URLs from the serps using their webmaster tools. You might look there.

Okay, I guess I should ask then, do I have to manually remove it, or will it automatically drop from the serps after the SE's find it disallowed?

Once disallowed it should be gone after a few days or so.
