Long ago it was on your user control but now I think it is tied to your member id that you enter when you register, where it is requested. I believe it is a WebmasterWorld supporters discount.

I've been looking for the coupon too. Really want to register by today.
This is what I see in my control panel when I click on "Gen Coupons" :
