An interesting point raised:
users who subscribe to RSS often do so to escape intrusive forms of Web advertising, such as pop-up ads, and expect to receive the specific content for which they asked
One of the reasons I use RSS fairly extensively is to avoid ads and have access to pure content. It will be interesting to see how this is received. If they get the balance right and don't devalue the content it may work.
