A lot of blog software will allow you to schedule posts. They normally work with a cron job that runs at an interval. When the set time is reached then the feed will be updated.

I don't have any Joomla sites, but I've done post-scheduling with MovableType. If it's not built in to Joomla perhaps there is an add-on or extention?

Do you want to paste the same info repeatedly, but with just a different date? There are certainly ways to increment posts like that, but it will depend on your system. I'm wondering if a subscription to a calendar feed, like a Google Calendar might be more helpful than doing this manually in Joomla...
